How it works

  • Stopwatch: Measure elapsed time. Start, pause, resume, and record lap times.

Laps in a stopwatch

  • Running / swimming: Record each lap or length to see whether your pace is consistent, improving, or fading ("positive splits" means slowing down; "negative splits" means speeding up).
  • Studying (Pomodoro-style): Lap at the end of each focus session to see exactly how long each block lasted without resetting between them.
  • Cooking / multitasking: Lap when each component goes in so you have a timestamped log of the whole process.
